Meteomont Personnel training

 
 

Meteomont personnel has, in addiction to its specific competences developed and trained during specific courses, great experience due to its regular presence in the mountain areas.

This training is adressed to all the personnel performing the functions described below.

 
 

Meteomont Avalanche forecaster


It's a qualified and snow and avalanche specialist and observer. He/she is responsible for the snow and avalanche report and avalanche forecasting.

It's a qualified who carries out local avalanche danger evaluations after a specific course.

Snow and Weather observer


Qualified personnel, after a specific and intense training course, carries out daily surveys (and periodical snowpack stability tests) at the Manual weather stations ( detection plots) placed all over the Italian Mountains.
